About Well Water Filtration Systems

I'm Alejandro, and I run this site. I research well water treatment and write these guides so private well owners can match a system to their own test results instead of a sales pitch.

Well owners are on their own. City water is tested and treated before it reaches the tap. A private well isn't, and most buying advice online either sells one brand or skips the part that matters most: what your lab report actually says.

What this site does

• Starts every recommendation from a water test and an EPA benchmark.
• Checks each system's published limits (iron ppm, flow rate, pretreatment rules) against your numbers.
• Puts systems in the order they must be installed, so one stage doesn't ruin the next.
• Tells you when to call your health department instead of buying something.

What it doesn't do

I don't sell or install equipment, and I'm not a licensed water treatment professional. I haven't installed every system I write about. Where a review is based on specifications rather than hands-on use, it says so. I'm working with US well owners to publish before-and-after lab results.

How the site is funded
